YingMa Drama is a mini-drama service provided by HULK TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you use YingMa Drama running inside TikTok.
1. Who we are
HULK TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is the service provider and data controller of YingMa Drama. The company is registered in Singapore. We do not publish a company street address on this website.
For privacy questions, user-rights requests, and data-protection enquiries, contact us at Hulk.Tech@outlook.com. We do not publish the name of an individual data protection officer.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to YingMa Drama Mini Drama running inside TikTok, including the related backend services that sign you in, deliver catalogue and playback, and keep the service secure.
It does not replace the terms or privacy notices of TikTok or other independent platforms. Those providers process data under their own policies. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
3. Personal data we may process
Depending on how you use YingMa Drama and what TikTok actually provides after you authorize the Mini, we may process:
- TikTok open_id, used to associate your TikTok authorization with a YingMa Drama account;
- TikTok union_id, if TikTok actually provides it;
- your display name and profile photo, if you authorize them and TikTok provides them;
- YingMa session, used to keep you signed in to YingMa Drama after authorization;
- favorites, watch history, playback progress, and series or episode interactions;
- playback authorization and entitlement status used to decide whether an episode is available to play;
- necessary device, network, security, error, and anti-abuse logs;
- information you choose to send us in a customer-support message; and
- if TikTok later approves and we later enable related platform capabilities, necessary order identifiers, payment status, subscription status, and advertising-reward status.
We process only the data needed for the purposes below. This notice describes the live YingMa Drama service and, where relevant, data we may process if later-approved platform capabilities are enabled.
4. Data we do not collect or expose in this way
For YingMa Drama Mini Drama:
- We do not use email and password as the YingMa Minis sign-in method. Sign-in uses TikTok authorization inside TikTok.
- We do not expose TikTok access tokens, refresh tokens, or client secrets to the frontend.
- We do not expose BytePlus access keys or secret keys to the frontend.
- We do not collect bank card numbers or card security codes directly.
5. How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- sign you in and associate your TikTok authorization with a YingMa Drama session;
- provide mini-drama browsing, search, playback, favorites, and watch history;
- save playback progress so you can continue watching;
- respond to customer-support messages you send us; and
- protect security, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot faults, and meet legal compliance obligations.
6. Third parties
We use independent third parties to operate YingMa Drama:
- TikTok, for sign-in, the in-app Mini platform, and platform capabilities if and when they are formally enabled;
- BytePlus, for media-asset storage, processing, and playback; and
- necessary cloud infrastructure, database, cache, monitoring, and security providers that help us host and protect the service.
Those providers process data according to their own terms and notices. We do not name additional cloud vendors or server regions on this page because those details are not fixed for public disclosure here.
7. Sale of personal data
We do not currently sell or rent personal data.
8. International processing
YingMa Drama is provided by a Singapore company, but personal data may be processed outside Singapore. Where we do so, we take reasonable safeguards required by applicable law, such as contractual protections and access controls appropriate to the service.
9. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations. We do not publish a single fixed retention period in days because different records have different operational and legal needs.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access control, encryption of sensitive credentials on our servers where applicable, and least-privilege handling of playback and sign-in material. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim absolute security.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may need enough information to verify that the request comes from the relevant user. We will not ask you to send passwords, verification codes, TikTok tokens, or bank card details to exercise these rights.
12. How to request deletion
YingMa Drama does not currently provide a one-click in-app account deletion interface. To request deletion, email Hulk.Tech@outlook.com from a mailbox we can reasonably associate with your request. We recommend the subject line: YingMa Drama Data Deletion Request.
Please tell us that you want YingMa Drama data deleted and include enough non-sensitive information for us to locate the relevant records, such as your TikTok open_id if you have it, the approximate time you used the Mini, or a copy of a previous support email. Do not send passwords, verification codes, TikTok tokens, or bank card information.
13. What we will not ask you to provide
When you contact us about privacy or deletion, we will not require you to provide a password, a verification code, a TikTok token, or bank card information. If a message asks for those items, it is not a genuine request from YingMa Drama.
14. Records we may keep
Even after a deletion request, we may continue to keep certain transaction, security, anti-fraud, dispute, and legally required records if applicable law or a legitimate need to handle disputes, detect abuse, or meet a legal obligation requires it. Where we retain such records, we limit them to what is necessary for those purposes.
15. Age restriction
YingMa Drama is for adults only. The service is not directed to anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete it, except where the law requires us to keep a limited record.
16. Updates and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Last Updated date at the top of this page will change when we do. The updated policy applies from that date. Continued use of YingMa Drama after an update means you should review the new terms of this notice.
