Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of YingMa Drama, a mini-drama service provided by HULK TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. By using YingMa Drama, you agree to these terms.
1. Service provider and brand
The service provider is HULK TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore. The product brand is YingMa Drama. These terms apply to YingMa Drama Mini Drama running inside TikTok.
Read these terms together with our Privacy Policy. We do not publish a company street address on this website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use YingMa Drama. You must also meet the eligibility requirements of TikTok and of applicable law. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the service.
3. TikTok environment
YingMa Drama runs inside the TikTok environment. Your use of TikTok remains subject to the applicable TikTok terms, policies, and platform rules. If those rules conflict with how the Mini can operate, the platform rules may limit or interrupt YingMa Drama.
4. The service
YingMa Drama currently offers the following functions, subject to availability:
- discovering and browsing mini dramas;
- trending, featured, ranking, and category views;
- search;
- series details and episode lists;
- playback of reviewed episodes that are available to you;
- favorites, watch history, and playback progress; and
- an English and Chinese interface.
This section describes the live service. Features that are not yet enabled are identified separately below.
5. Content availability
Titles, episodes, artwork, rankings, and other catalogue items may change, be delayed, or be removed because of region, device, TikTok version, copyright, platform review, licensing, or technical reasons. We do not promise that any particular series or episode will remain available.
6. Licence to watch
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, limited, non-exclusive, and revocable licence to stream available episodes through YingMa Drama for your own lawful viewing. No other licence is granted. You do not acquire ownership of any drama, soundtrack, trademark, or other intellectual property.
7. Prohibited use
You must not:
- download, copy, screen-record for distribution, or redistribute YingMa Drama content;
- scrape, reverse engineer, attack, or circumvent security or playback controls;
- commit fraud, create false transactions, or abuse advertising rewards;
- infringe intellectual property rights; or
- use the service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Future platform features
Beans, subscriptions, and advertising are not currently live features of YingMa Drama. We may offer related functions in the future if TikTok approves them and we enable them. If that happens, prices, payment methods, refund rules, and any additional terms will be shown to you at that time. Nothing in these terms is a present offer to sell, charge, or reward through those features.
9. Suspension and restriction
We may suspend, limit, or withdraw access where we reasonably consider it necessary because of a breach of these terms, a security risk, a legal requirement, or a platform requirement, including a requirement from TikTok.
10. Independent third parties
TikTok and BytePlus are independent third-party service providers. YingMa Drama uses TikTok as the in-app platform and sign-in environment, and uses BytePlus for media-asset storage, processing, and playback. Their services are provided under their own terms. We are not responsible for the platforms of those providers except to the extent the law does not allow us to limit that responsibility.
11. Service provided as available
YingMa Drama is provided on an as-available basis. Playback, catalogue access, and sign-in may be interrupted by network conditions, platform changes, maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and except as stated in this section, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit losses arising from your use of YingMa Drama. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, death, personal injury, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or YingMa Drama. This clause does not deprive you of any mandatory rights you have under the law of your place of residence, including mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived.
14. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The Last Updated date at the top of this page will change when we do. The updated terms apply from that date. If you do not agree, you must stop using YingMa Drama.
